The machine is in the water, fuelled and ready before you arrive. You get the safety briefing, the operating rules and an explanation of the area you are allowed to ride in, and then you go out on your own.
Half an hour is longer than it sounds when you are the one steering. The water off the beach is open, the coastline is right there, and the machines are forgiving enough for somebody who has never driven one while still having plenty left for somebody who has.
It is already in the water, already fuelled, and for the next half hour it is yours.

Two people can ride one machine. On the hour rental you can swap driver and passenger at the halfway mark, which is worth knowing if you both want a turn.
The price is for the machine rather than for each rider. Drivers need to be eighteen; the operator makes room for families riding together, so tell us who is coming and we will arrange it with them before you walk down.
