Questions about charging
For anything else, message the concierge team.
Is charging free for guests?
Yes, through the day. Late in the afternoon it moves to an hourly rate, and a car still plugged in at night pays one flat rate for the night. The times and prices are in the rates on this page.
Can I reserve the charger?
No. There is one charger and it is first come, first served, so it cannot be booked ahead.
Can I charge if I am not staying at the hotel?
No. The charger is for hotel guests only.
What if my car does not take a J1772 plug?
Bring your own J1772 adapter. A Tesla needs one, and we do not lend adapters.
How do I pay for evening or overnight charging?
When you hand the charging card back to the concierge team, or with your bill at check-out.
