Built into a tropical hillside
The hotel is built up a hillside in pieces, so some rooms mean walking and stairs. If that is a concern, the two rooms on the flat are Garden View Room and Garden View Condo .

The answer when the trip outgrows a room: a three bedroom, two bathroom home on one easy level, on the hotel grounds.
The master has a king bed and its own bathroom with a tub and shower. The other two bedrooms share the second bath, with a queen, a double and a single Murphy bed.

More about the room
Best of all, the pool with its waterfall sits right in front of the house. First swim before breakfast, last one before dinner, and nobody has to carry a beach bag anywhere.
The kitchen is fully equipped, microwave to coffee grinder, and Costa Rican hardwoods are showcased through the whole house. Two cable TVs and free Wi-Fi cover the rainy afternoons, and the big covered terrace is where everyone ends up anyway, book in one hand, coffee in the other.
