Fly through the rainforest canopy on multiple lines, picked up at your hotel in Quepos. Half-day fun for first-timers and pros.
Four hours in the canopy.
You will be up in the trees within an hour of leaving the hotel. The platforms are built into the canopy itself, so the walk between lines is short and the view straight down is the entire point of the thing.
Guides run all of it. They clip you on, check you twice and send you off, and there is a practice line close to the ground before anything else happens. Nothing about this asks you to be an athlete. The people who arrive nervous are usually the ones asking to go again on the last line.

There are three departures a day and the earliest is the coolest. Light rain does not stop it, and the forest is at its best just after rain, so we will normally suggest going anyway rather than moving your day around a forecast.
Equipment and pickup are both in the price. You come back sweaty, slightly hoarse, and in good time for the pool.
Here's how the 4 hours unfold

Pickup at Las Cascadas.
The van collects you from the hotel lobby for whichever of the three departures you book.
Gear and the safety briefing.
Harness, helmet and gloves fitted and checked, then a practice line close to the ground.
Platform to platform.
A run of lines through and above the canopy, with short walks between the platforms and a guide at both ends of every line.
Water and fresh fruit.
A break at the base before the drive back.
Back at the hotel.
Straight to the lobby, roughly four hours after you left it.
