There are two ways to sail this coast and this is the early one. You leave Marina Pez Vela at twenty past eight, which puts you out on the water while the light is still soft.
The morning has a practical argument as well as a pretty one. The water is calmer earlier in the day, which matters if anyone in your group is unsure about boats, and dolphins are more reliably about in the morning than later on.
Out before the wind gets up, back before the afternoon.

The anchor goes down at Biesanz Bay for the snorkelling, and the gear is provided. You can take as much or as little of that as you want.
The rest of it is deck time. Food comes out, the bar is open and included, and the coastline does the work. Four hours, back before the afternoon.

Picked up at the hotel.
Collected from the lobby and taken down to Marina Pez Vela. We confirm the exact pickup time with you the day before.
Aboard and away.
Out of the marina and along the coast. Keep an eye on the water: dolphins, sea turtles and tropical fish are what people watch for.
Anchored at Biesanz Bay.
Snorkelling gear comes out and the boat sits at anchor in the bay. Take as long as you like, or stay on deck.
Food and the open bar.
A meal is served on board and the bar is open and included, cocktails, beer and soft drinks alike.
Back at the hotel.
Dropped at the lobby with the whole afternoon still in front of you.
