Three falls, one long day.

This is the waterfall day for people who do not want to choose. Three separate falls, transport between them, and eight and a half hours from the moment you leave the lobby to the moment you get back to it.

It is the most demanding of the three waterfall trips we book, and that is worth taking seriously rather than as marketing. There is real hiking between the swims, some of it on wet rock, and the day is long enough that the last fall arrives when you are already tired.

The hardest of the three waterfall days, and the one with the most to show for it.

More about this tour

What you get for it is variety. Each fall has a different shape of pool, a different way in, and its own set of rocks to sit on. Somewhere in the middle there is a lunch, cooked locally and included.

A guide is with you the whole way, which on this one is less about naming plants and more about knowing which rock is safe to stand on.

Here's how the 8.5 hours unfold.

Every step is planned so you can focus on the experience, not the logistics.

Late morning

The first fall.

Out to the first of the three, in on foot, and into the water. A naturalist guide is with the group throughout.

Midday

Lunch between the falls.

A local lunch, included. Transport between the falls is part of what you have paid for, so nobody is walking the whole way.

Afternoon

Two more falls.

Each of the three is its own thing. This is the stretch where the day earns its length.

Everything that's included, and everything to bring.
