Cancelation policies
Flexible Rate 5 days
We may charge a temporary pre-authorization deposit down on making the reservation to verify card validity. A 100% charge is made 5 Days before arrival.
If the cancellation was made 5 days prior to the arrival date we do not refund.
Flexible Rate 30 days
We may charge a temporary pre-authorization deposit down on making the reservation to verify card validity. A 100% charge is made 30-15 Days before arrival.
If the cancellation was made between 15-30 days prior to the arrival date we only refund 50% of the total amount (In case of cancellations of reservations made for less than 200.00 USD we charge 100.00 USD as a minimum penalty).
For cancellations made from 0-14 days prior to the arrival date, we do not refund.
Las Cascadas The Falls will refund immediately the money that corresponds to the same credit card that was originally used to pay for the booking, only if the refund is applicable and adheres to the policies stated above.
Non-Refundable Rate
All reservations must be paid in full upon being made.
Any cancellation made after reserving is penalized with 100% of the reservation total amount as cancellation fee.
Package Rates
All packages require a 50% non refundable deposit upon being confirmed, the remaining balance is charged 30 days before arrival.
Any cancellation made after reserving is penalized with 50% of the reservation total amount as cancellation fee, from 30 to arrival date a 100% cancellation fee applies
